Statue of a Holy Child
Originally gifted to the church by the Native American Indians, this 19C wood-carved statue was in severe condition. It was brought back to it's original beauty by meticulous application of gesso and gilding, repainting of the face and body and wood carving to fill-in and repair missing pieces of the statue. The statue of a Holi Child can be found today in The Crypt behind the main Altar.
